Shipping Carriers
We utilize reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your order will be processed once your payment has been accepted.
Estimated Time of Arrival
The delivery time for your order depends on your location. While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that these are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time Formula: Handling Time + Transit Time
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package. If you don’t see the tracking email, please check your spam folder.
Note: Personalized orders or those requiring modifications may require additional design time based on the complexity of the request.
Shipping Limitations
- We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or internationally.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, the carrier may not have processed your parcel yet. Tracking details will be updated once scanned.

Incorrect Address
To avoid delays and issues with your order:
- Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to the sender due to incorrect information will be disposed of by our shipping partners.
If you wish to reship a returned order, a re-shipping fee will apply.

- If you request your carrier to redirect or forward your parcel after it has left our warehouse, Xanawood is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
